Help the people you serve
master their iPhones
iPhone Concierge walks anyone through the settings that matter most — privacy, accessibility, emergency features, and more. Step-by-step, no jargon. Share a link and they're off — no account needed.
Two ways to help
Whether you're guiding someone in person or sharing remotely.
In person or via video call
Open a guide on their phone and walk them through each step. Or start a FaceTime call and guide them verbally.
Send a link for them to use
Share a pack link. They open it on their own phone, run through the guide, and progress saves automatically. Track their completion in your dashboard.
How it works
There's nothing to install and no account required for the people you help. They visit, pick a guide, and follow along on their own iPhone.
- 1
They visit iphoneconcierge.com and pick a guide
Guides cover privacy, accessibility, emergency features, storage, and more. No sign-up required.
- 2
Each step opens the right Settings screen automatically
A button on each step launches the exact Settings page on their iPhone — no hunting through menus.
- 3
They go at their own pace
Progress is saved automatically. They can stop and pick up where they left off — on the same device.
What it covers
Each guide focuses on a specific area of the iPhone. Settings that matter most for safety, privacy, and everyday use.
- Privacy & security settings most people have never configured
- Accessibility features that make text bigger and clearer
- Emergency SOS, Medical ID, and Check In setup
- Storage cleanup so the phone stops running out of space
- Silencing spam calls and unknown callers
- iPhone sharing, location sharing, and photo albums
How communities use it
No contract, no setup, no training. You share the link — they do the rest.
Libraries
Use in iPhone workshops or share at the reference desk. Patrons follow along on their own device.
Senior centers
Include in activity calendars or share during tech help hours. Members return to it at home, on their own schedule.
Community organizations
Add to welcome packets or newsletters. Help the people you serve set up their phones at their own pace.
How it's funded
I'm Andrew Thal. Like a lot of people, I became the guy everyone calls when their iPhone acts up. I built this so I could spend more time at gatherings and less time troubleshooting.
The guides are free to use. After completing a guide, users can leave a voluntary donation — or donate any time here. That's the only revenue. No ads, no sponsors.
The guides will always be free. If you have questions, just ask.
