How it works

Find what they need

Browse step-by-step guides for any iPhone task — privacy, accessibility, storage, texting, and more.

Save it for them

Each person gets a profile. Save guides so you remember what's been done — and what's next.

Help them, your way

In person, over FaceTime, or by sending them a link. Progress syncs back to your profile.

Sound familiar?

  • The same iPhone questions, every visit.
  • Notes scattered across texts and emails.
  • Forgetting what you already showed Mom last month.

iPhone Concierge keeps it all in one place — for everyone you help.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is iPhone Concierge?
Your toolkit for helping with iPhone. Find settings quickly, track what you've done, keep helping from afar — so you can focus on the visit instead of the phone.
Who is this for?
People who help family, friends, or neighbors with their iPhone. You show up for the visit, not the troubleshooting.
How do I help someone remotely?
Start a FaceTime call and ask them to share their screen. You'll see exactly what they see — then guide them through each step. Or send them a guide link and track their completion.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
Not at all. We explain things in plain language with visual steps. Most guides take 5-10 minutes.
Is it really free?
Yes — all guides are completely free. No account or credit card needed to get started.
How do the guides work?
Each guide opens the right Settings screen on your iPhone and walks you through every step right there. It uses a free helper app called iPhone Concierge.
Who made this?
iPhone Concierge is a solo project by Andrew Thal. He's the guy family members call when their iPhone acts up. He built this so he could spend more time at gatherings and less time troubleshooting.
Can I support the project?
Yes! After completing any guide you'll have the option to leave a small tip. It's entirely optional and helps keep the guides free. You can also donate any time here.
